The NVF Tunnels Working Group seminar will take place in Flåm, Norway, on 22–24 September 2026. The event will bring together tunnel and infrastructure professionals from across the Nordic countries to discuss current topics related to tunnel operation, maintenance, safety and development.
The programme includes technical presentations, networking opportunities and several site visits in Western Norway. Participants will have the opportunity to visit tunnels in the region, learn more about tunnel safety and maintenance practices, and hear presentations from industry experts, authorities and research organisations.
The seminar programme will also include discussions on topics such as tunnel maintenance, rock protection, automation, fire safety, sustainability and new infrastructure projects.
