This three-day conference is a unique collaboration between the Leap to Zero & the Nordic Construction Market network, designed to bring together stakeholders across the construction value chain to share insights, explore innovations, and address the key challenges of achieving zero emission construction sites.
🔍 Program Highlights
Our joint team is currently developing an engaging and insightful program, featuring both shared and organization-specific sessions. The program will commence at 13:00 on October 21st with a site visit and will conclude at 16:00 on October 23rd, offering an additional site visit opportunity in the afternoon.
- Day 1 (Afternoon):
Join us for the official NVF opening, then step inside the future of building with a zero-emission construction site visit—where innovation meets action.
- Day 2 (Morning & Afternoon):
The day begins with NVF sessions centered on incorporating sustainability into contracts. In the afternoon, prepare for dynamic joint discussions between NVF and L2Z — covering everything from aligning progress and understanding zero-emission technologies to addressing feasibility and finalizing the steps toward fully zero-emission construction.
- Day 3 (Morning & Afternoon):
Stay connected with the L2Z network as we share insights, map out next steps, and reveal the next host organization. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience everything firsthand during the L2Z site visit.
📍 Venue & Travel Information
The conference will be held at the Quality Hotel Fredrikstad, which is easily accessible by public transport. From Oslo Airport (Gardermoen): Take a 23-minute train to Oslo Central Station. Then, take a train from Oslo Central to Fredrikstad (~1 hour). The hotel is just 750 meters from the station.
