Skilled and qualified labour is essential within every industry, including the construction industry, and the prospect of failing proper recruitment is a growing concern. But what will the future look like if we do fail to recruit? And what can the industry do to become attractive to a wider group of people? At the Via Nordica 2024 Congress, there will be a session dedicated to this challenge. The session will discuss which measures that are to be taken to counteract prejudices within and against the industry.
