GDPR – Privacy Policy
As Finland holds the chairmanship of the NVF, Finland is also the data controller of the data collected about the NVF members. It is a practical requirement for membership of the NVF that the members provide their contact information. Thus, the members can get in touch with each other, and the secretary can get in touch with the members.
How do we process your personal data?
We collect personal data through the member database system. The data that we collect includes member’s name, title, contact information, company name, company address, name of your NVF working group.
We collect the personal data to process members’ participation in NVF’s activities and working groups. We collect data to know which companies are members of NVF and which of their employees participate in NVF’s working groups.
We use the information to be able to get in touch with the members regarding the distribution of material, including newsletters, agendas, annual reports.
